During the program, participants will be asked to apply their skills by holding a conversation about a specific topic of importance to the organization, which is designed in advance.

SMART Conversations®
Designed for organizations of all type, our signature product gives clients a “principle-based” platform, called dialogue, on which to build collaboration and teamwork. During this 2-day workshop format, participants will understand their Trigger Style, learn how to interrupt the Belief Map and participate in an hour-long dialogue practice on a pre-determined topic important to the organization. The program is designed to be delivered to minimum of 16 people. In addition, an in-house facilitator certification program is available.

SMART Conversations®/ The 4 Ds
The 4Ds program satisfies organizations that have limited training time and need a concise, one-day program. Diversity, Dialogue, Discovery, and Delivery is the content of this fast-track workshop that gives clients a shorter workshop format for bringing dialogue into the workplace. Participants will gain a comprehensive overview of the Four Ds- what they are and why they’re important – and learn the tools needed to have an effective dialogue. The program is designed to be delivered to minimum of 16 people. In addition, an in-house facilitator certification program is available.

SMART Conversations® / Email
Email can be an efficient job tool or a frustrating, time-wasting activity that destroys productivity, ruins relationships and increases exposure. Diverse workplaces, particularly those with cross cultural and intergenerational aspects, present additional challenges because they require heightened sensitivity conveyed in tone, word choice, voice, style and content. Certification Program/ Train-The-Trainer
Many organizations choose to bring SMART Conversations® in-house. This effective and affordable option, gives organizations the capacity and flexibility they need to offer courses when and where they desire. Our two- and one-half day certification program consists of a page-by-page manual review (facilitator manual included), a teach back and practice. Prior to certification, all candidates will successfully co-facilitate at least one program.

Minimum number of participants: 8-12, maximum. Half-day or full-day programs available.

SMART Conversations® / Online
This web -based product supports the dialogue learning process and consists of 4-6 hours of SMART Conversations® theory accessed on the web site. It is followed by a one-day learning laboratory of applications practice. This convenient training can be delivered alone or as a follow up tool.

SMART Conversations® / Online with Coaching Model
This web-based product adds the ability to train individuals and intact teams in SMART Conversations® principles, concepts and skills. It offers a flexible online learning format to satisfy needs of the individual seeking professional development, a smaller intact team or a small group. This program, which can be delivered to a group of 1-10, contains 4-6 hours of web-based training followed by six hours of coaching. Coaching sessions last from 1-2 hours per session, as scheduled with the participant and Coach.
Ongoing Dialogue Team
Designed to deepen the learning and practice of dialogue skills, this follow up to our core training engages teams by giving them an opportunity to apply their learnings to a real-life organizational issue or need. A two-hour team meeting is held for a minimum of 10 people for a 3-4 month, bi-weekly schedule, depending on the number and complexity of issues.

Applied SMART Conversations®
Unresolved, contentious issues will be addressed in this session, which is custom designed to facilitate dialogue on unresolved issues that distract the organization. This follow up facilitation focuses on airing differences in a productive way, listening to all perspectives and concluding with a solutions-oriented conversation. The program is delivered either for a full-day or a half-day session and can accommodate up to 10 people.

SMART Conversations® / Business Writing
Clear, concise memos, letters and emails make good business sense. They attract and engage audiences, leave a professional impression and get results. In this workshop, participants will learn how to write clearly and concisely, target a specific audience, develop a purpose statement and more. Through hands-on exercises and practice, they will also discover how to create strategic documents quickly and effortlessly. Minimum number of participants 8 with a 12-person maximum. Half-day or full-day programs and individual coaching is available.

SMART Conversations® / Presentation Skills I, II
Presenting with presence and authority, while sending the right message takes skill and practice. And, that’s exactly what participants will get in this powerful one-or two day class. Effective, presentation skills that engage audiences are acquired through observation, evaluation and practice. Using exercises and ‘live’ feedback, participants will learn the seven key delivery skills, including effective posture, gestures and movement. In addition to managing their physical self, they will also discover how to get to the point and create a well-organized presentation. All presentations will be recorded for in-class critique. Class maximum of 8; no minimum. Individual coaching is available.
