Sales Acceleration Coaching
Focused on organizations that generate $5M to $105M in revenue with a sales force of less than 10 people where the CEO/Owner is involved in managing the sales group. This service provides regular sessions either face to face or via phone with the sales group to counsel (manage their activity) them on developing action plans and goals and holding them accountable for making progress and closing more business. The initial approach involves a tremendous amount of inquiry and listening to the client to identify areas for improvement. There a number of tools utilized by Robert that keep the Sales Group focused, accountable, and productive.
Virtual Sales Manager
This service provides a company CEO with a Sales “Management” solution rather than a Sales “Manager”. It provides me (Robert Zinsser) with a way to 1.) Manage the Sales Funnel, 2.) Determine if the Sales Group Can or Will Do what the CEO & Robert desires, 3.) Hold people accountable for the results, 4.) Define the Sales Process for the unique sales environment of the company, and 5.) Provide the CEO with a focused resource (Robert Zinsser) to manage the “Love / Hate” relationship between most executives and sales. This practice requires at least 2 meetings monthly with the sales group and executives and utilizes some of the same tools as the Sales Acceleration Coach practice to Measure Accomplishments, Action Items, and Goals.

The Aberdeen Group had done research on the concept of Closed Loop Marketing and identified that it can increase the Top Line of a company by as much as 35% and the bottom line by 21%. Recruiting Get In The Game SE has partnered with P3 Executive Recruiting in Houston, TX and they deliver this “sourced” service. The Wall Street Journal recently published an article on the cost of a “mis-hire” and placed that expense at $150,000 per person. Management gets very frustrated with the whole recruiting process and sees lost time, sales and customers when it comes to this process. P3 provides DISC and SSI Pre-Employment Certification and Get In The Game SE interacts in the process by managing the recruit through the process. Simulation Interviews are provided. Revenue is billed as a 50% upfront fee and 50% when the candidate is hired.
Peer Group Consulting
This practice provides a forum for “like minded” people to gather via teleconferencing and a once per month “face to face” meeting. It is positioned as “People Helping People”. Robert’s role is to schedule and facilitate the meetings.

A web-based Team Assessment tool that provides a deeper understanding of one’s own Performance Style and Ambitions® and overlays to a group or groups of people and provides you with practical and actionable information.
